The NVPM series magnetic drive vane pumps are specially designed for transporting high-risk, easily leaking or high-value media. It adopts a completely contactless magnetic coupling transmission technology, completely eliminating the risk of leakage at dynamic sealing points. It performs outstandingly in industries such as chemical engineering, pharmaceuticals, and energy where safety and reliability are highly required.

Absolutely no leakage, safe and reliable
The inner and outer magnetic rotors are completely isolated by a static sealing isolation cover, achieving zero leakage in power transmission, eliminating the risk of leakage of hazardous media, and ensuring personnel safety and environmental compliance.
A variety of materials are available, suitable for complex media
Offer a rich combination of materials: The standard materials for the pump body are 316L stainless steel and GGG50 ductile iron, and 2507 super duplex stainless steel and cast copper materials are also available. The isolation hood can be made of non-metallic PEEK+PTFE composite materials or metal materials such as 316L and Hastelloy C276, fully meeting the requirements of corrosion, high temperature and special hygiene.
It has outstanding anti-dry rotation and anti-cavitation capabilities
Equipped with an anti-dry running bearing system, it allows for short-term dry running without damage. It has a strong self-priming ability, does not require pump priming before startup, and can achieve pipeline sweeping function. It can convey gas-containing and easily vaporized media, and operates smoothly with “zero cavitation”.
Long-term stable and easy to maintain
The self-adjusting slider design can automatically compensate for wear during operation, maintaining long-term high efficiency. The sliding vanes can be quickly replaced without disassembling the pump body and pipelines, greatly reducing maintenance time and costs.
