NVPG series vane pumps: A highly reliable solution specially designed for the transportation of media prone to vaporization
The NVPG series vane pumps are specially designed for conveying media that are prone to vaporization and cavitation. With their unique wear-resistant and anti-cavitation structure, diverse sealing options, and excellent maintainability, they have become ideal conveying equipment for high-demand working conditions in fields such as chemical engineering, petrochemicals, and pharmaceuticals.
Core advantage: Specifically designed to resist cavitation and wear
Anti-cavitation and wear-resistant bushings and covers
The pump is equipped with dedicated wear-resistant and anti-cavitation bushings and covers, effectively reducing the impact and damage of cavitation on the pump’s inner cavity, and significantly extending the service life of the equipment in harsh medium environments.
Replaceable bushing design ensures high performance for a long time
The wear-resistant bushing is of a replaceable structure. When the efficiency of the pump declines after long-term use, the performance of the pump can be restored to its original state simply by replacing the bushing and the vanes, significantly reducing the maintenance cost throughout its life cycle.
Comprehensive and reliable sealing solution
Optional double-end face mechanical seals or zero-leakage magnetic seals are available. The magnetic seal can be optionally equipped with a double-layer isolation cover configuration and supports the installation of a leakage monitoring system to completely prevent the leakage of hazardous media, ensuring operational safety and environmental compliance.
High-temperature resistance and dry rotation resistance
The sliding bearing has self-lubricating ability, allowing the pump to run for a short time under dry running conditions without damage. The magnetic system can be equipped with samarium cobalt magnetic steel, which features excellent high-temperature resistance and anti-demagnetization performance, ensuring the stable operation of the pump under high-temperature conditions.
Why choose the NVPG series vane pumps?
The NVPG series not only focuses on solving the cavitation and sealing problems in the transportation of easily vaporized media, but also provides customers with a long-lasting, reliable and cost-effective overall solution through maintainable design and modular selection. It is widely applicable to the safe transportation of easily vaporized media such as light hydrocarbons, solvents and liquefied gas, and is an excellent choice for enhancing process reliability and reducing operational risks.
